Finish my checkouts

They got halfway through checkout. Ask them what stopped them.

Checkout Closer messages shoppers who leave checkout, finds out why, and sends them back to finish.

22% of the revenue from checkouts it completes.

Pick the step. See what we'd ask.

Stopped at the cart

Often browsing. The AI keeps it light.

Example conversation. Not a real customer.

Hi, you had a few things in your cart. Anything you wanted to check before buying?

Checkout Closer

Stopped at details

Trust, or a distraction. The AI asks which.

Example conversation. Not a real customer.

You stopped after your details. Was it the order, or just life getting in the way?

Checkout Closer

Stopped at shipping

The total changed. The AI uses approved shipping info.

Example conversation. Not a real customer.

You got to shipping and stopped. Was it the cost, the timing, or something else?

Checkout Closer

Stopped at payment

A last doubt. The AI answers from approved policies.

Example conversation. Not a real customer.

You made it to the last step. Anything I can clear up before you finish?

Checkout Closer

Question first. Resume link second.

  • First message: a question, not a coupon.
  • Last bubble: back to the step they left.

You got to shipping and stopped. Was it the cost, or something else?

Checkout Closer

The cost. I didn't expect that much on top.

Shopper

Fair. I can't change shipping or add a code. Standard is the store's cheapest option, and orders over its free-shipping threshold ship free.

Checkout Closer

How close am I to the threshold?

Shopper

The cart page shows what's left. I can point to a small add-on if you like, no pressure.

Checkout Closer

No, I'll take standard.

Shopper

Standard it is. Your checkout is waiting where you stopped.

You stopped at payment. Anything I can clear up before you finish?

Checkout Closer

Will this get here by Friday?

Shopper

I can't promise a date. The store ships same-day before its cutoff, and delivery depends on the carrier. I can ask the team to confirm.

Checkout Closer

Ask them please

Shopper

Done. They'll answer here. Your checkout stays saved.

You started checking out and stopped before paying. Was something off?

Checkout Closer

I've never heard of this store. Is it legit?

Shopper

Fair question. I'm an AI assistant for the store. I can send its returns policy and shipping terms so you can judge, but I can't vouch beyond what it has published.

Checkout Closer

ok, send the returns policy

Shopper

Here it is. Your checkout will still be there.

Seven stages to a finished checkout.

  1. 1

    Connect Shopify

Sees checkouts start and stop, and who the store may contact.

  2. 2

    Approve the answers

Shipping, returns, policies. Nothing outside them gets said.

  3. 3

    A shopper stalls

They enter an email or see the total, then leave.

  4. 4

    We ask why

One short iMessage question. No offer.

  5. 5

    We answer

From approved info, or it says so and hands off.

  6. 6

    They finish

One link returns them to the step they left.

  7. 7

    We earn

22% of incremental revenue, only on finished checkouts.

Checkout first. The rest follows.

  • Abandoned checkouts

The main job. The furthest shoppers hear first.

  • Abandoned carts

Earlier exits get a lighter touch.

  • Shopper questions

A reply starts a thread, not a dead end.

  • Objection handling

Sizing, shipping, ingredients, policies. Approved info only.

  • Post-purchase upsells

Something that goes with the order, in the same thread.

Every checkout, logged the same way.

Illustrative format. Every value is a placeholder.

The fee

No finished checkout, no fee.

Illustrative split of incremental revenue.

We charge 22% of the incremental revenue from checkouts we help finish, measured against a held-back group. Terms are agreed in writing before launch, and no finished checkouts means you owe nothing.

Rules the AI plays by.

  • You control the words

You approve what it says. No discounts or promises you didn't allow.

  • Handoff

Can't answer? It says so and passes the thread to your team.

  • Permission and STOP

Only shoppers the store may contact. STOP is honored. Quiet hours respected.

  • Honest attribution

Orders count when traced to a conversation. A random holdout gets no messages.

  • Message log

Every message is logged and readable. Connects to your Shopify store.

Ask us the hard ones.

How does the AI know what to say?

You supply shipping, returns and policy info. It uses that and nothing else.

What if it doesn't know an answer?

It says so and can hand the thread to your team.

How do you attribute revenue?

An order counts when traced to a conversation (reply, link click or code) inside an agreed window. A random holdout gets no messages, and we bill the incremental part.

How does pricing work?

22% of the incremental revenue from checkouts it helps finish, agreed in writing before launch. If nothing finishes, you owe nothing.

Is this just another SMS sequence?

No. A sequence repeats itself whatever the shopper says. Checkout Closer replies to what they write.

How much control do I have?

You approve what it says, set guardrails, read every message and can take over any thread.

What stores is this for?

Shopify and ecommerce stores with plenty of checkout starts and a leaky last step.

How quickly can it launch?

Usually a short setup. We scope it with you after the form.

How are permissions and messaging rules handled?

Messages go only to shoppers the store may contact. STOP is honored, quiet hours respected. Check your own consent practices with your lawyer.

What about iMessage vs SMS?

iMessage first. If a device can't receive it, a fallback channel is used.

Get them across the line.

  • Rate agreed in writing first
  • You read every message
  • Nothing finished, nothing owed
